EGL Developments are pleased to announce work has started on the conversion and extension of our property in Cherry Garden Avenue, Folkestone. The project will convert the current large detached property into four spacious 2 bedroom one bathroom apartments, and with the rear extension to the property a further two apartments will be added. All apartments will have parking and the whole development will benefit from communal gardens and good amenity space.
